the District was an absolute dump, from Termites eating through the drywall in one of the bathrooms, huge roaches under the sink in another, two young girls banging on their ceiling to stop us from simply walking. the common areas are disgusting, light fixtures broken, wires hanging out. yeah everywhere. plus told our rent was 1820 ended up being 2587. place is an absolute dump. and now the leasing manager has blocked all emails and wont respond to us. The living conditions were not right for our children. But they dont care and will make you pay all kinds of money to break the lease

This place is a scam. Poor management, mediocre maintenance and zero professionalism. They only worry about your money and they will lie to get it. Also, its full of ants, bugs and mold. Stay away from this place please. I wish I could give them zero rating.

Awesome app

I have been a lessee for this apartment complex for almost 3 years now and have had different issues throughout my tenancy with the maintenance leaving much to be desired, the management team of the property inconsistent and they can't seem to keep someone there long enough to make a difference.My biggest issue and reason for this review is due to a flooding issue that happened to my apartment 3/4. the HVAC system broke/leaked from the top floor apartment down to the levels below it. We received water and mold damage to the air handler closet, pantry, guest room, and laminate flooring.We have tried communicating in person, via phone, and through e-mail and no one has corresponded to addressing the issue, I believe partly due to the fact that we are cutting our lease prematurely due to issues like this. The AC and walls are literally mold-ridden to the point you can smell it, the walls are still wet, and they never replaced the air filter. We have almost gone a month with no resolve or communication on their end.PLEASE learn from my experience and LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Smells funny, always loud, mean neighbors and office staff

The apartment was wonderful; however, poor management and inexperienced maintenance staff was bad. They also divide renters by demographic, sending families with children to the back buildings on the property. Overpriced for the location.
