THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Unless you want to live in overpriced apartments where Read More all sorts of major issues have just been patched up! We have been here for LESS THAN 2 MONTHS and we have had water come POURING from our ceiling all over our laundry room floor 5 TIMES!!! 5!!! And NOT ONCE did Management contact us to apologize. NOR HAVE THEY FIXED THE ACTUAL PLUMBING ISSUE! Our upstairs neighbors got their cold water pipe snapped by maintenance when they "tried" to fix the issue in their laundry room, and they just left it there with a huge hole in their wall... SERIOUSLY? Nothing gets taken care of around here! The trash bins are ALWAYS overflowing, there's mold growing on the windows, the pool is dirty, you are forced to pay $30 a month for trash removal even though the trash compactor is 100ft from your apartment and! You're still charged even if you don't use it!!... and what's even worse is Management doesn't care! We have had a list of issues that needed to be fixed from day one and they still have yet to be taken care of.....PLEASEJUST PLEASEPLEASESave yourself the trouble and money.DONT MOVE HERE!Sincerely,We need to move out of here.PS. GRAND RESERVE CAN COME VISIT MY FAMILY AND TALK TO US... WE ARE DONE JUMPING THROUGH YOUR HOOPS.

The office team is so kind and helpful until the moment the lease is signed. FYI....every flyer they have says Read More "prices can change daily".....expect them to...even if you're already into a lease. Expect to see trash around the front entrance where the dumpster is and when you ask the office team why this is happening they tell you to "go look for yourself" and blame it on people from the outside coming in to dump their trash. But how are other people coming in if we have security gates? Oh, because the security gates never work. Second, who tells a customer "go see for yourself."? And don't expect work orders to be completed in a timely fashion. How about waiting two months?! Well, that's what we did. It's a shame too. We like the location and the layout of our apartment but we feel very unwelcome and almost taunted by the office staff.

We love the quiet and cleanliness. We love the openness of the apartment and size of each room. We love the fr Read Moreiendly people and helpful staff. We love the amenities. Coming from NY we can honestly say we are getting a lot for our money and appreciate it. We have seen many places in the area and nothing compares.
