I see a review from a current resident like myself and am confused with the statement about the landscaping. The irrigation system has not been working since Avesta took over (a year now) which means the sprinklers have not been turned on the entire time. NOTHING has been watered, unless it rains. The patio plants by the pool are half dead, except the one right by the office door which is completely dead, the blooming bushes hardly have any blooms, if any, and have been cut back so far it will take years to recover. The landscaping people they hire come once a week and never completely do the entire job ie)trim, mow, cut. They only do portions. The pool guy does not come out consistently, admitted by the staff, "we can't get him out here." And when he does, he just dumps chemicals and leaves. No cleaning, no polishing, no adding fresh water. But when confronted the staff implies it is not their job but the Avesta management (thought that was them) or weather, etc. Took a whole year for the gates to be fixed as well as the hot tub and then it was never cleaned and scum was GROWING in it!! Couldn't or wouldn't want to use it anyway. After 3 years, this is the worst this place has looked.

Can't say enough about Avesta since they took over. Thank goodness because this property needed some TLC! Since Avesta came, the landscaping has significantly improved, the gates are running, and now the hot tub is completely re done and has new tile. Huge improvements have been done and according to the girls in the office, there is more to come! Can't wait to see what they will do next!

Hot tub is running, Property looks amazing. I am so glad they pressure washed all the hall ways. I highly recommend this property. It's so quiet.

Office staff has a large turn-over rate, so they are all inexperienced at dealing with issues. You never talk to the same person twice

They are older apartments with superficial cosmetic updates. The grounds are well maintained. Everyone is friendly enough. It takes awhile to get things fixed, unless it is a true emergency.

I sometimes felt that "band aids" were used instead of actually fixing some maintenance items. Office staff turnover was quite high.
