I am writing this and still unfortunately living here. They have boarded up an entire building trying to redo Read Morethe balconies/patios. Problem is construction started over 50 days ago and there has been little change. They are keeping our only window/glass door boarded up and we are living in complete darkness and refusing to provide any updates. They have made it impossible to park and people are scared to leave at night because there are absolutely no spots available when they come back. They are even towing cars (mine got towed) and not giving sufficient enough notice to move them when they themselves are the ones who took the parking away. Don't move here, this is just the first building and they have to do the entire complex.

This apartment complex failed to deliver on APPLICATION.I was very specific in what I was looking for (upgrade Read Mored unit without carpet on living areas, full size washer and dryer and to be on the third floor) and was promised this to be available and ready by the time of move in. Which 3 weeks later and after being approved was verified and told that the apartment I applied to was not going to be fully upgraded with my requirements. This among other situations which are around the same scenario where information was not verified prior to being relayed to me has caused great headache AND IM NOT EVEN A RESIDENT!... As this was their mistake I asked management if my application was going to be refunded in full which I was told they would refund $200 for the application fee but not the $50 of screening, which I agreed to compromise on even though it was their fault that I was canceling my application. Here we are 2 weeks later and I got an email now where management VERIFIED with their managers that the refund was not going to be taking place per company's policy.THE COMPLEX IS NICE ON THE EXTERIOR AND SEEMS COMFORTABLE AS MUCH AS THE TOUR WENT, HOWEVER MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE IT TOGETHER. NOTHING THAT I WAS INFORMED ON WAS CORROBORATED PRIOR TO PROVIDING ME (THE CUSTOMER) THE INFORMATION AND THEN CHANGING ON IT LEFT AND RIGHT. DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PLACE AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE WHAT YOU ARE BEING TOLD IS CONFIRMED BY ALL PARTIES.
