Esty is good but the property manger is the worse. She drinks at the events that they have and be at the pool drunk some times she is the worst they need to get a new property manager, but Esty was the best.

Great school district and walking distance to a nature forest preserve. Office staff is always helpful and quick maintenance response time. Close to turnpike, close to walmart, bj, and the promenade mall. Very family friendly. Nice tennis courts, pool and Gazebo. Nice view of lake.Great location- Close to Starbucks and wawa gas. Close to Parkland and Boca Raton. Beautiful, spacious and clean units. Private gate code to enter.

I've been living at Country Club Lakes for more than 6 years and i never had a single problem! Every time I need something, I get it quickly and has been always like that. And frankly I've never seen a condo that cares so much about the well being of residents, the management is always doing something different for children's entertainment. I'm living in America for 17 years now and I've never seen a condo making pool parties for kids or special days with good treats like there. For those reason

All the staff here are very professional and friendly. Maintenance is rapid to respond for service and are clean and professional.

They treat you like family. They always have activities going on, either at the pool or in the office. Maintenance is top notch, always prepared to help with any problems. They also do routine maintenance on the apartments.
