    I still come here because my cousin lives here. We moved in close to the same time but Im glad I could leave because this place is a mess. I think they ran out of money years ago because it was nice back in the day but a few years ago, everything just stopped being fixed and keeping things looking nice. They need to redo all of the aprts too,

    **please go look at the property, all of it, before you believe any of the pictures** The longer I live here, the worse the place gets. Built in 1990, not enough has been updated (including ALL of the appliances and fixtures that are past their life expectancy) and or maintained to be worth what they charge which continues to increase each year. The prices on this site are lower than why they charge. The entrance to the property looks the best, but declines as you go to the furthest buildings. Management and maintenance get confused as to what the other is doing and dealing with Beatrice (sp?) is rarely worth calling about any issues that arisen. There's always an excuse as to why something isn't fixed or done correctly. If the rent was under $1000, it would be closer to fitting the expectations.

    It's a shame I pay about 1400$ a month n every other day my hall is infested with bugs up 2 my door. I've spoken with mgmt after being I was told by Maintenance they have 2 many halls to clean my bldg more than monthly. They then apologized n said they will take care of it n have my halls clean more often. They cleaned it once n nearly a month later it's the same infestation over again. That's a shame! I wouldn't recommend Cypress Shore because they donot honor their word or strive to make their residents happy.

    Love the location, 3 minutes from the Promenade where I love to spend afternoons with my kids. The office staff are very helpful, always took care of me with a lot of ability and effective. The apartment was delivered in excellent conditions, clean, and washed carpet. Landscaping is always well maintained and pressure cleaned on walkways and stairs often. The maintenance staff really make sure that all is clean. I'm here for 2 years and very satisfied.

    We had to move in sight unseen because we were moving from another state. When we moved in there was an old rusted stove in the kitchen and the community maintenance stated that the stove was outside for bout a month in the rain. The stove did not work at all! There was also mold all over the apartment and when we put in work orders it take them a long time to before they even look at the problem. We have waste coming up from under the toilet and it was not fix for over a week.

    Requested service for an electrical outlet not working, maintenance never showed up. Apartment continuously had an ant infestation, management did nothing about it. Apartments in dire need of renovation, old appliances, old beat up counter tops, single pain windows. Gym equipment old.
