THIS COMPLEX IS A GROSS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. To compliment their rude staff they have a very interesting application process. They charge a $70 non-refundable application fee, not uncommon. But on top of that they charge a $150 admin fee that they take out or your account right away. When they deny your application for whatever reason they will return your $150 30 days later via a mailed paper check. When you challenge this less then ethical practice you will be met with rude and abrasive office staff. This complex is apart of a larger community of complexes owned by Contravest in Florida. All of them practice this same application model, don't waste your money on this very backwards way of doing business!

I used to enjoy living here until they gave us a curfew and have threatened to prosecute paying residents to use the facilities we pay for. In fact, they should/could use the money we pay to buy security cameras. This way if something happens again where furniture is ruined at the pool (that has a completely accessible gate facing a MAIN road, so theyre essentially punishing paying residents for acts that potentially occurred by people who dont live here or animals even) then they can see who or what did it, instead of punishing every single resident. They also say they are going to dig through the trash bins to make sure people arent violating what can go in the bin? I work 7-6 and gym/pool are now open 8-8. I cant go before work anymore and I cant come home from work and eat dinner or decompress before working out. Its summer and I cant even take an evening swim or they will try to prosecute me (FYI, Im not trespassing if I pay to live here). I pay way too much money to live here to not be able to access the facilities. They should at least lower my rent so I can use the hard earned money I pay to have access to the facilities toward a gym membership that I can go to before or after work on my time.

This is a great apartment community. Very generous selection of unit appliances and different community amenities. Very professional and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to newcomers of the area. The major downside I've seen: the front doors aren't very sturdy inside the strike plate, even when locked. Since the buildings have a "breezeway" design, this can be a nuisance. When your neighbors let their front door slam or close slightly hard, it will vibrate your door. My guests always thought someone was trying to break in when my neighbors closed their doors. Other than that, I've enjoyed my 2 years of living in this complex.

The age is starting to show in some areas, and the maintenance maintenance folks are doing their best to keep up on it, but there are times when there is more work than maintenance personnel.
