The exterior of the buildings at Riverwood Apts., Crestview, FL are extremely dirty, and appear to not have be Read Moreen clean for many years.
it was the first thing I noticed upon entering into the hallway of the first building I went into.
The interior caprets are extremely warn out. They are matted down, and worn out. They were merely clean (which I had to pay for up front). Terrible presentation!

Hi, I am so sorry you had to experience this. We were purchased by new owners in 2016 and the exterior of the buildings was one of the first things addressed. They were pressure washed and look great. We have also renovated all our apartments and they now have wood flooring everywhere except for the bedrooms. Please look at all our new pictures which show all the new renovations.

Very well maintained, pet friendly community. Wonderful management. I had a few issues with move in. An item i Read Moren the toilet needed to be replaced, the bathtub drain wasn't draining, the dishwasher was broken and needed to be replaced. There's a humidity issue in only my apartment. The office has been very attentive and prompt to fix issues, but so far there hasn't been a solution to this one and it's been frustrating and made it more difficult to enjoy living in this beautiful community.
