Of everywhere I have lived, this is the only place that I can say the pictures undersell what you get! For context, we have a 3bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3rd floor apartment. The views are gorgeous, sometimes we can see fireworks toward Champions Gate, other times in the early morning theres hot air balloons. Upon moving in we hadnt realized the high ceilings or that we have our own door off of the primary bedroom to the balcony and that just feels nice. The unit was clean and properly maintained, upon move in. Any issue we have had was handled promptly and professionally. Community amenities are excellent! Please consider these community amenities are used and are occasionally closed or undergoing maintenance but its always been reasonable in my opinion. Everyone in the leasing office is phenomenal! They know my name and where I live, that feels fancy. The club house is honestly under utilized, its a great space weve used to escape the rain while at the pool. I highly recommend to other families! Weve even made excellent friends.

I toured and its beautiful but they are asking $1900 for a one bedroom not to mention other fees like trash valet which is separate. Thats incredibly high considering Davenport is not a big city. Its a small town 40-50 min drive from Orlando. I was very sad because had it been cheaper I would have chosen it.

I moved here from Lake house down the street and wow what a difference! This place was kind and helpful upon moving in. So far no issues, and I am so happy I made the switch here!
