          Great place to live! Staff cares and it shows! Problems they are there to fix them. New manager is amazing. Property well kept, safe and quiet!

          Management has been very helpful. Gidget does a great job keeping residents informed. Maintenance request are taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments get sprayed every month and I have yet to see one bug.

          I recently rented an apartment at Camellia Court Apartments. It was very close to the end of the month and I wanted the move in date to be in the next few days. Gidget, the site manager, truly went out of her way to help me. She never said I doubt it's possible that fast. She just kept saying let's do all we can to get all proper documentation as quickly as we can and we can make it happen! I'm very thankful for her help and very happy with the apartment.

          LIVING HERE 13 YEARS. BEST MANAGER WEVE EVER HAD. OUTSIDE IS ALL RESTRUCTURED, PAINTED, PRESSURE WASHED, SIDEWALKS FIXED, TREES TRIMMED. NICE QUIET COMMUNITY. COME PAY OUR NEW MANAGER A VISIT IF YOU NEED A GREAT APARTMENT IN A GREAT QUIET, FORREST LIKE COMMUNITY

          I am only writing a review to stop the emails from asking me to. I was interested in this apartment. Inquired and never responded to . Other than that; I can say that I live nearby and rarely do any of the tenants coming or going into the complex care if I am on the sidewalk. Not only that when there is a criminal issue that arises; the whole block is practically closed off. Other than that, place looks quiet, unlived in other than vehicles in parking spaces. Probably a good place to live for singles that just work to live.
