    I lived here from Jan 2000 to Oct 2005. 2 bedroom on Riverside Dr. road side. $625.00 per month the whole time. Lived there before high rises were built. They told everyone "must move out before construction". So we did, a lot moved. Then financial housing crisis happened 2006, 07, 08 and this apt complex was NOT torn down. Third high rise not built on this property. We could have stayed there for more years of course with my low rent !! And of course we would have moved out instantly with this stupid rent increase and not even started on renovating. After 2007 you went to monthly and the "riff raff" moved in, of course peeing in pool and stuff !! They did not care about the property at all. By the way, one bedroom was $525.00 monthly back then. Good Luck trying to find your old rent or even close to it in this area. Enjoyed being on the water thoroughly. This is a sad housing situation for this area.

    Wonderful Location on the Halifax, have lived here since 2011 the Parking Lot has needed HELP for a long long time! Personally I will be moving because of the notice that our rent increase (Which is too ridiculous to discuss here and rather pointless).I'll just say as someone who works in the service industry these rates are not manageable and are quite far above Market Rates for this market. Good if you are a retiree from Canada or the Northeast. Not good if you Work for a living. Plenty of more affordable options are available. The Remodeled Units-Kitchen,Living & Bedrooms are very nice, the bathroom was rather disappointing, I was expecting more from a unit wanting to go High End. If you love being along the river, minutes from the beaches and find $1,400 affordable, it's a great location check it out.

    We just got a $500 increase per month per unit. The parking lots are full of holes... We're not allowed access to the pool because people defecate in it and they put their pets in it.. there was a club house which they've been renovating for 3 months and we still haven't been able to use even though we are paying for the pool and the clubhouse. The laundry rooms are sad. So much closer to fly in the apartments have leaks in the roof backup sinks... Mold in the bathrooms and kitchen.. broken locks air conditioning don't work.. this is just the beginning of the problem ...

    Items that were promised in the lease, such as repair of previously damaged appliances and plumbing, carpet cleaning, and sufficient pest control were not delivered. Staff delayed for months on repairs of an air-conditioning 'condenser capacitor' causing water damage to the carpet in the nearest closet and to personal possessions. This also increased utility expenses and inconvenience. Property manager also publicly engaged in physical fights resulting in police being called to the complex.
