My neighbors are friendly, its always quiet and very peaceful. I decided to write a comment because a lot of the things they say in these comments probably come from very unhappy people that never have anything nice to say. The office staff and maintenance are always on top of things and I have never had an issue with any of them and things in my apt get taken care of on time.

The garbage areas are ewe--disgusting. open and always running over. Animals and bugs. 1987 Apts have a LOT Read Moreof mold issues which they acknowledge in written instructions. They tell you to run dishwasher using heat dry and other miscellaneous tips. The walls are rotting under the paint.

30 year old MOLD infested buildings, Little landscaping around back buildings. Garbage dumpsters are running o Read Morever constantly and a health (flies/wildlife) hazard. Disgusting! Pest control is only if you ask but they charge you monthly. All the buildings need new internet wiring. You have to file an FCC complaint against your provider to get the property to replace 1987 wiring for your internet to work. Water bill is divided among units. Old buildings with little insulation make electric high. They painted buildings to conceal conditions. No grills or dog park. Pools are not well kept. No microwave!!!!! Parking can be a nightmare depending on your building. Rent is increased to match NEW construction prices(mkt value) upon renewal for a 30 year old property. It doesn't seem too bad just looking around at first but once you settle in....

I would not recommend. There is never parking at night, my windows are so gross and dirty they wont open, my a Read Morec works sometimes and gets cold but my bill is 160$ (I live alone).... honestly ridiculous for the price. Ive asked multiple times to have the grass sprayed for bugs. Bugs and fleas in the grass its disgusting. Pest control added on the rent but they only spray when you complain. I get bit by bugs every single time I walk my dogs. I walk outside my patio to gross dirt and rocks. Can not wait until my lease is over, so I can get out of this place.
