I came to Florida to escape N.Y., weather and their abysmal tax structure. I spent one week searching and finally visited Brantley Pines. Carlos was the agent who assisted me. I could not have found a more enthusiastic and competent gentlemen. As a previous landlord, I know how frustrating the process can be. Carlos made the experience a pleasure. He walked me through each part with certain knowledge and genuine caring. Without Carlos's help, I do not believe I would have decided on Brantley Pines. He would be an asset to any business and is definitely an asset to Brantley. By the way, the apt is great.

This place is the worst. The constant noise from upstairs in intolerable! Every footstep is heard loud & clear. The landscaping is dead & ugly. The management team is completely unresponsive. FOUR times Ive had to contact the corporate office to get things done. I havent found anyone here who is happy to be here. Stay away!

If you value sleep, stay away. My surrounding neighbors frequently keep me awake at night or wake me up at 3 AM. Dogs constantly barking and you won't get sleep on weekends either. The police are always here. We've had a K-9 unit here like three times in the last two months and I've had police officers ask me if I've seen a suspect running around our neighborhood. This place is trashy! Also, emails are never answered. My washing machine has never been fixed even though they've been here twice to fix it. The only good thing I have to say is it's affordable but just not worth it. I'm moving out in a week thank God!

I live in building #14. We are in the back of the complex and are ignored by Management. Our grass doesn't get mowed,our sprinklers don't work. All the other buildings have had their breeze ways pressured cleaned but we haven't. I've been here 7 years, they never forget to increase our rent.but never give us a straight answer to anything. In the last 2 months my neighbor and I have had things stolen right from our front door and my front lawn.

Building was older and while we were there both washer/dryer combo, and A/C were replaced. The apartments were fairly quiet most of the time, but you could hear the neighbors sometimes. Good for what we needed at the time.
