I have had enough... tired of keeping my mouth closed. Here is a true honest review: First off we are counting down the days to move out of this place. Its been a complete nightmare. We have had a roach infestation since we moved in. The pest control worker told us he has done all of the buildings multiple times and its so bad, the only way to fix the roach problem at vista is to tent/bomb the buildings. He said him coming out and spraying is just protocol. We have heavy mold growing from the walls. Its so bad, its starting to spread down the entire wall. I could tell it was originally painted over when we moved in. Our shelves in the kitchen and bathroom have fallen apart. The fake wood flooring is peeling up from the ground. Our dishwasher and washer have broke and they were supposed to be new upon move in as we were told. The neighbors stench and filth seeps through the walls and stinks up our apartment. And to top everything off, our A/C has broke 3 times now. Now this time, our A/C went out on a Saturday night. First thing Sunday, we called the emergency maintenance line multiple times because you cant get through the line to leave a message for someone. Our A/C has been out over 24 hours and its been a steady humid 85 degrees in our apartment. No response from maintenance. No one has fixed our A/C. We have been burning up and cant sleep at night. Here we are at 9PM on Sunday and Im told maintenance isnt coming out until Monday. Its considered an EMERGENCY problem for a reason!!! Im so sick of this place. Also after all the problems we have ran through, the property manager Colleen has not once reached out to us. That should tell you exactly how much they care about their residents. I will NEVER rent from ZRS management. We pay rent from our hard earned money. We expect to get what we pay for and thats not happening. Im writing a review on every possible review platform and contacting ZRS corporate first thing... should have fixed our A/C.

Since we moved here 4 months ago, the management has changed 4 times. FOUR TIMES. And none of better than the last. We just tried to see if we could move to a different unit (even if it cost us more) and they said there were no available units except one layout for a 3 bedroom. They have been rude, unhelpful, and you never talk to the same person twice. Unless you are absolutely desperate, i would not live here. I have lived in many apartments in many states and I have never had the poor customer service, management, and experience any where else like i have here.
