I have lived here several years and in the last 3 months the property has gone down immensely. They are putting money into the outside and do not have a maintenance crew any longer, every thing is contracted out. The apartments are outdated and things are broken and the rent went up, when you need something fixed they say they can not get to it due to no maintenance on grounds to do it. I would not refer this apartment complex to anyone since the change over.
