We were going to buy a condo but this place has new-redone units and-BBQ grills/Fire pits, which we use every weekend, then we walk to the beach. My wife uses the workout room every morning. The rent includes water/sewer/trash/pest control--and NO condo fees, which I hate !!. Feels safe and quiet.

New owners have made some great improvements---love the new BBQ areas and new work out facility---I can go anytime I want for free !!--Also love what they did to the pool---I have lived in many complexes this is near the top--Very Quiet

The place was very nice until New company and owners took over this summer. They have Skyrocketed the rent anywhere from $300- $500 per Apartment. New owners did not work with or inform the tenants until your lease was up. No meetings or letters to inform the tenants. Just pure GREED! Most apartments have old Appliances and very old carpet. They have a parking problem. Plus they got rid of Main Leasing agent and Maintenance guy who tenants loved. Majority of tenants will leave. Do not recommend this complex with current owners to no one! Run from these owners!

This place was not bad until the new owners and management increased the rent by 300-$400 per month. The units are old and NOT remodeled, contrary to what the website states. BUYER BEWARE!

This Apartment complex was a great Deal, However a New Company and new management has taken over. They have raised the prices $300- $400 per Apartment. They have nothing to improve the kitchens or bathrooms with new items. Most have old Appliances. They have a parking problem. Plus they got rid of a Great Maintenance crew, That took care of the 130 units. People here think this is unsatisfactory. Renters BeWare!
