    College manor destroyed my room and my life! I hate them! Don't come to lease! They come in and throw everything on the flow. It took me one day to put everything back. I feel tired to death!

    The water pipes always broken is the main problem.

    No sound barrier between neighboring bathrooms. Pest control as well as maintenance crew being allowed in without notice. Hot water and/or all water turned off for repairs without notice. I did once forget to pay rent before going out of town; first time, it was five days late, entirely my fault. Came home to a notice threatening to evict me.

    Great location, could use apt remodeling. The office and the model apts are waaay more upgraded than the regular apts the rent out

    Overall, I am very pleased with living here. The front staff is always very courteous and friendly. The one thing I would complain about it is the water temperature. Frequently, when I get home from work, the water is cold and it drives me INSANE!
