Half the time we call the office there's no answer, prep for move-in seemed rushed & poorly done (interior walls dusty when touched & extremely easily scuffed as though cheap spray paint was used without topcoat, doors are constantly getting caught in frames indicating either poor construction or little effort to ensure basics are in working order), water in showers randomly change temperatures, sound travels very easily, gym closes too early (we were told different hours before signing lease)

My husband and I really enjoyed our four years at Hampton Oaks and were sad to leave. The facility is beautiful and we especially appreciated the friendly staff members and the dog park for our little Pomeranian.

I love the complex, however, it is frustrating that the hot tub is never hot and the jets do not work...also, I'm a huge fan of ping pong, but to put an indoor table outside is silly-the table is all warped an unusable. I would recommend replacing that with an area on that side of the building with perhaps a small grill bolted to the ground so that we can spend time with our family by the pool on weekends and holidays. Please take this into account!

I don't appreciate the frequency of agents coming into the apartment for viewings, especially when I don't even get a 24 hour notice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My roommates and I ran into some complications when receiving illegitimate noise complaints about my dog, but other than that everything else was fine. The biggest downfall is the location. As an undergraduate student it was a hassle to commute to campus and other friends' apartments.
