The Continuum

Living at the Continuum was one of my worst choices when it comes to housing. It was overpriced, noisy and not a good environment for a graduate student. Between families with loud, obnoxious children, to random people constantly using the facilities (specifically the pool), I could not wait to move out.

Overall, apartment is great. However, recent changes including closing the office early on Saturdays and completely closed on Sundays are quite inconvenient, especially if you need to pick up a delivered package. Also, I was offered a discount on my rent if I resign, and it's $100+ more a month than what I pay now. However, overall the apartment is nice and the staff have been able to help me any time I've had a problem.

I am very happy to live in the Continuum. I think it is at a great location, has good facilities, good services, helpful staff, furnished apartments, a leasing office. would prefer the leasing office to open at 8am on weekdays. could be closed on Sundays instead. penalty for moving out during the academic year is too high I consider some rules over-inforced and pretty strict. e.g, being allowed to have only one bicycle even one has no car (no parking space) or the pool being closed at 9pm

Building quality is not good. The buildings are not maintained clean enough. Some people form the office staff are not friendly and do not listen to the questions you have, so they do not respond appropriately.

My apartment was a mess when I moved in. The appliances were dirty and gross. The walls are thin and the front desk staff are rude.

When I initially contacted the Continuum to speak to someone about taking a tour and leasing costs I was greeted in a welcoming manner. Including an incentive by the way of the Visa Gift card just for taking the tour (which to date I never received - 2 yrs later). The staff appeared friendly and professional. However, after signing a lease EVERYTHING CHANGED for the worst.
