I just want to say that I was pleased with the work and the patient the two maintenance guys Josh and Paul did/had the day they came to fix things around the apartment. It wasn't a thing I asked for that was wrong that they didn't fix. They did it with pride and respect. It makes me feel good about being a resident here at The Polos. Thanks, Paul and Josh for all that yall do/did for me.

I haven't lived at The Polos very long, and it is one of the worst places I have ever lived. Where the square footage is decent and the layout is nice, none of that matters when the spackle is falling from the ceiling and the cabinets are rotting out of the walls. The air conditioning barely functions because I can only guess that the ventilation system has never been cleaned (if the closet where the system rests is any indicator, I'm terrified to think what the actual vents are like!). The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in; instead, they painted over the dirt. It's disgusting!! There is also a bad roach infestation that has not subsided no matter how many times pest control sprays! There is also mold on the balcony and in one of the bathrooms. I bet if the cheap plastic covering on the wall was removed we'd find an entire mold colony across the wall! My upstairs neighbors are constantly creating disturbances around the clock. Staff at The Polos has done absolutely nothing about this despite my multiple noise complaints. They just tell me to "call the cops." It is disgraceful that they seem to think that "quiet enjoyment of one's home" that is stated in the lease as well as in the law does not apply to their residents. For nearly a thousand dollars a month, this is not only the worst, but also the most expensive apartment I have ever leased and I can't wait to get out of here ASAP!!!

The office staff is absolutely terrible and they have been for years. They have poor communication skills and are incredibly rude to residents. I informed upper management of my concerns; however, my concerns were never addressed. Maintenance is not great either. It takes months to get anything repaired and the job usually is less than satisfactory. Additionally, the garbage unit for the back of the complex has been broken for 6 months leaving a disgusting smell and appearance to the complex. Overall, management is simply awful. This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever rented from. The only reasons I've stayed at the complex as long as I have is because of the price, location, and the complex is pet friendly (even is there are a ton of fleas with little to no pest management).
