They apt overall it's great,but sometimes it take maintenance a little to long to fix what's broken..other than that great ...love it office staff great in all ....some of the maintenance guys are really nice as well

The parking sucks people have like three or four cars The valet trash we can pick up whenever they want and meanest text two weeks just for some lightbulbs before the service was good here now its not good

I enjoy living at Parc Station. The common areas are a nice treat. The occasional food truck and community events are nice. There is not much noise, it's conveniently located and the office staff is wonderful.

Parc Station is beautiful. Their amenities are better than any other apartment complex Ive seen, it is so close to the TriRail that I walk there from time to time to get to work! The 95 is literally a left turn out from the apartment complex. The rent is reasonable for ALL the perks you get living here. Management responds quickly and gets maintenance on the job right away. I feel so blessed that I get to call this place home!
