The manager and her staff are very responsive and courteous. The two times that I needed assistance with a minor problem they responded promptly. They are always friendly and helpful.

This is an extremely noisy place to live. Neighbors have no respect for others. The neighbor(s) above us sound as if they are constantly dropping large furniture which shakes our apartment, running across the floor, stomping, and dragging sounds. It is very disruptive to us and our lifestyle which consists of working 40+ hours a week. I could over look this if it was every now and again but this is every day. The hallways are too hot.

pros: area, pool, rooftop, gym, modern, carpet-free living rooms, sign for packages cons: unsecured parking, not enough parking, messy neighbors, bad apt locks, cheap finishes in apt
