Run run run..this place is a trap office will lie to you they look luxury, but its all a fake. Once you move in be prepared to deal with BIG WATER ROACHES, ant infestation, MICE AND SPIDERS I killed a brown recluse under my bathroom counter! I comlained to the office and they lied about sending PEST CONTROL! Which is their responsibility on the lease Contract!!! PEST CONTROL NEVER CAME! They are a joke. The apartment is Very appealing at first sight but to pay $1350.00 a month no one should have That many pest!!! SMH Writing my notice to vacate asap with a complaint to corporate with pictures....I would name the people in the office that lied to me about sending pest control, but they know who the are... So think 2twice Many three times before you sign a lease or move in these Infested So Called Luxury apartments. Ive always lived in luxury apartments and these are not at all on the level of class. Wish I could post the picture of the mouse we caught, but Ill will post it somewhere #broxtonbayhousemouse oh yea and the walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor yawn yea ridiculous.

Was several weeks late with renovating the apartment before move in, 4 weeks after my original move in date. Was forced to stay at a friends place for those 4 weeks and had to rent a storage unit to house my stuff until actual move in.
Was also double charged for rent twice in my 1 year lease. Property manager didnt refund me, but instead credited my next month both times.
Property staff is extremely rude if you have any kind of complaint.

I have only good things to say. I have lived here for a year and love everything about it. The office staff is friendly and helpful, any maintenance issues (very small issues, usually operator error on my part) were handled promptly and professionally. I've felt safe. The apartments and property are beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend Broxton Bay to anyone who wants to live on the North side of Jacksonville.
