Upper units don't have carpet and should. Very noisy poor quality of flooring. Landscaping company should be f Read Moreired. If you walk the property there are trees all over that are still leaning sideways since Hirricane Irma. Yard debris isn't maintained in courtyards either. I potted plants never put in the ground. Parking is horrible for Galleria, many times I've had to park 2 buildings away.

I am so sorry about the issues you mention; our landscape company is onsite today to address these issues and we look to have all the landscaping corrected today. This apartment complex is beautiful, offers top of the line/luxurious amenities, and is in a wonderful and qui Read Moreet neighborhood. However, during my year of residencies I experienced many problems such as a bug problem that took almost 6 months to fix (which still is not completely gone) and about 2 months of our AC going out sporadically which meant if it went out on Friday, we had to wait until Monday for it to be fixed. Additionally, I had expressed interest to the front office that I wanted to look into their one bedroom options towards the end of my lease and did not receive great, if any, customer service. I was told that "if I was meant to stay here, something would come available." However, since they told me that the website was not always up to date and they would not take my contact information, I had to just continue to come into the office to see if a unit had come available and had also not been leased out during the time that I was at work. Based off of the other resident satisfaction that I found during my time there, I would say that my experience was not like most and the majority of the residents do really enjoy this complex. My apartment was very spacious and beautiful, unfortunately, the bug, AC issues, and customer service received towards the end of my residency outweighed the pros of this complex.
