The noise is awful. Kids having after hours pool parties with blaring music. Management seems to be deaf and never takes care of issues with other tenants.

Do not waste your time moving here. Maintenance takes forever to fix what's broken. People do not pick up after their dogs. i95 noise level very high!

1. Noise level is 75+db (almost like in subway)
2. Office always agree with you with no result at the end.
3. Unreasonably expensive, compare to the houses around.

I'm finding it so difficult to leave The Carlyle as my lease has come to an end. My family & I have had such an excellent, stress-free & peaceful year living at the Carlyle bc of the exceptional staff & bc of the quality & conditions of my beautiful, cozy apartment.
Maintenance & the office Management have helped me with any concern I have ever had very fairly & reasonably. Quality apartments & quality employees. I hope Weller Management treats their employees well bc the current Management Team & staff have contributed to the quality of our lives in a positive way. Thank you Carlyle!

Although the location is great...We were not satisfied with the property. We rented for a year and decided not to renew. Animals everywhere along with dog feces and urine all over the grounds. Our neighbors above us had 4 DOGS (including 1 pitbull), and it sounded like they were going to crash through our ceiling ALL DAY EVERY DAY!
There doesn't seem to be any particular formula to determine your accurate monthly water usage, especially since it is not based on JEA rates.

The apartment is ideally located, the maintenance and office staff are very good and respond immediately whenever an issue is reported.

Poor management while i lived their. Office members were not very customer service oriented. Expensive.

I love my Apt. been here since it opened! It's under NEW ownership for bout 2yrs now.
My biggest problem is the new ownerships making the RENT and the WATER, SEWER, TRASH BILL just ONE BILL! And instead of getting till the 3rd or 4th to pay by, it is completely DUE on/by the 1st/2nd.
I get paid every two weeks(Friday) and the rent could be do on a Monday/Tuesday, I shouldn't be penalized for that.

The front office staff is not very helpful with issues. I have lived there for 2+ years. My first year was with the Circle a different management company and my rent remained the same; once the Carlyle came in and new management and employees the rent went up, service went down and improvements in the properties have yet to be seen (in fact the view is terrible due to highway construction); turnover is very high; the quality of renters has declined as well.
