THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RETURN CALLS...

The apartment was filthy dirty. The bathroom tub and sink were filthy. The apartment was filled with roaches when we moved in. An exterminator came but only sprayed our apartment so now the roaches are back. The stove and refrigerator were also filthy. They have yet to replace the stove. They did give us another refrigerator that was dirty and has broken shelves on the door and only 1 shelf inside. If I could rate it zero I would!!

Everything went well, fast, and easy!

I never heard from them.

UPDATE! I want to post so none of you fall into the trap of living here they will never fix anything then they will win cause they in someones pocket they will throw you out and you will be homeless then to get your things they will demand money so you will lose any and all family memories heirlooms etc and they won't feel one bit of compassion you will be homeless in the Florida heat instead of just fixing things so they can receive their rent these type of folks belong in hell! Go search in Youtube they have been on the news several times ! And the reviews speak for themselves!Update !!this apartment complex let their friends go in an take valuables all the heirlooms like a guitar from her father who just passed away and we had to run a gofundme to bury him in 2023 this is truly the last place you want to live these people are ruthless and belong in hell.

Too demanding for some rinky dinky apartments. Went through a millions hoops just to be denied over income when I can afford any unit in this complex... Be grateful you even have tenants because this place is a dump. I've just been trying to find an affordable spot on the Southside and that's the only reason this slum was even considered. They got the nerve to take my application fee after denying me housing like I won't get a refund from my bank . Come get your $50 back in blood.

I love living in my Studio apartment. The new property manager Jessica will help you and she will go above and beyond to get whatever you need done in your house I had a few work orders and she made sure everything was taken care of.....

Not me that lives here but my daughter and her husband live here and its disgraceful I am in Connecticut and have to worry about them constantly Their electrical isnt working on one side of the room plus no water pressure sewer back up and water damage Any positive review on this place is surely one of their friends cause there ain't no way a person thinks its fit for living in they reply with we are sorry they only listen no action is ever taken they want your money and don't care about human beings everyone needs to get together and report to proper authorities you have more rights than you think and living in a safe environment is something you deserve.

Haven’t been able to stay at my apartment for three weeks. It flooded for two weeks and on the third week I had no running water. Office manager made no accommodations and was actually against moving me into a livable apartment. False promises were repeatedly made and nothing resolved. Avoid at all cost

Used to be called SIN CITY since my early police days in the 60’s. Has only gotten worse. The name of GOLDEN SHORES relates to everyone pissing in the streets.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! APARTMENTS ARE VERY OLD AND RAGGEDY OVERPRICED! LANDLORD DOES NOT RESPOND TO NEEDS MAINTENANCE TAKES WEEKS TO FIX STUFF WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
