Well to start these luxury apartments are a great home for many residents all over Jacksonville. But I will start with management here, they work and care hard for their residents here. I have had no problems since Ive moved here in 2015, and I currently still live here. Their is one particular person in the leasing office who goes by the name of Samantha Locke she is so sweet and generous when it comes down to helping with pricing and tours, she makes you feel like you belong there already. She gives you a deep brief tour of the select units youre interested in and takes you on a great tour to see what all comes with living here.

probably a nice place..hard to tell because they're renting 3-6 mos out. all you can do is get on the waiting list.

Been here for 2 years. Units are upscale, the entire complex gives off a resort vibe and is in a very nice area. You are close to pretty much everything and the staff is pleasant and helpful.
