reviews need to be updated. I love my place, but safety is an issue lately and nothing is being done. home doesn't feel good anymore and is soo expensive for what me and my neighbors are going through. I might as well live on the west side of Jacksonville and pay less for rent

The tour of the property with Andrea was absolutely amazing! I hope the community room opens up really soon even if its only for 10 people or less at a time. That would be ideal. The pool table is a feature my fianc and I are most interested in. Cant wait to move in.

Management is great! Have had no problems there. People living around me..... now that's were it has been somewhat average. The biggest thing is a lot of people just don't respect or just don't care on policies for things like, parking, trash, etc. The thing is they just need to be enforced more with some kind of punishment or something or it will never change. Other then the things I just described and the price of my apartment I have enjoyed many the locations of ny apartment.

A very nice place to live. Especially like how quite it is here. No loud car radios, no loud parties and people seem very respectful.
