    This will be my second review. Pier 5350 is a wonderful complex to live in it has a very wonderful and caring office staff and as I have said before maintenance is top-notch. This is a 50 plus year old complex very large and maintenance is on the ground every day maintaining the property picking up trash doing whatever and they're all very pleasant and very friendly being an older complex there's also contractors here doing whatever necessary to keep the property up-to-date safe very satisfied. Another big plus is being an older complex the apartments are large with huge back porches you seen it all the new complexes the back porch you can barely get two chairs and a table out there beautiful pool with River views one of three pools that are always clean and enjoyable

    I was a potential resident I love the view I love the property. I really thought that I would be a resident at this property. I explain my situation which was I had received this settlement from my job. I was going back to work but I was not presently working. I explain this and ask was this going to be a problem I was told no if I was able to provide my bank statements with two and a half of the rent I provided my bank statements with two and half of the rent. Then I was told that was not my ending balance it was my current balance so there was not accepting my bank statements employment verification I tried to provide that they wanted it emailed to them from HR went totally wrong Mind you none of this took place until I paid my $150 then I was told they was not moving forward with my application because I was not actively working before I was told that I went to the office and they had security in the parking lot before you get to the office with a sign stating only by appointments so you could not go into the office you couldn't even get out your car without being stopped by security which was never there for the whole week before I paid my $150 today I spoke to a young lady who was not my leasing agent or the manager she spoke to me for them and past message I felt like I was taking advantage of because I explained my situation and they proceeded with the application and once I paid them. Now everything was pointed out afterwards I know they going to say it's written but I was having assistance with my application because of my vision That's why I asked question if they would have told me I had to be actively working I wouldn't put in the application or proceeded with the application and I was there every day for a week bringing in information on last Friday I paid the $150 on Monday I was supposed to be called it didn't happen I called them stop moving forward and everything went down here after that

    FALSE ADVERTISING THROUGHOUT. Tour the model apartment said it is the same as the one being rented to me. Once I move in roaches everywhere, incomplete renovations to the point of flooding, clogging of tub, toilet and no hot water for a week after move in. Photos taken fax and emails sent to Pegasus client relations department and office management. No timely actions and retaliatory actions implemented towards me afterward, plus price greatly exceeds comps in the neighbor. The previous reviews are correct nonchalant and don't care attitude of the staff. I wish I've done more research before entering into this chokehold of a lease. DONT COME HERE!!!!

    I feel like if you decide to leave, they want to charge you an extra two months of rent out of despite. This is so wrong on their part because I'm not renewing my lease with this place and the price they are asking for is ridiculous. I do not want no one to get in the mess I got to deal with. I sincerely hate this place for charging me when I'm not going to be there or bot renewing.

    Horrible experience!!!! Management very nonchalant & unprofessional!!! They show you a model thats supposed to represent what your place will be like, but thats false advertisement!!!! Apartment was filthy, mold & roaches running around like they live there!!!! Please Please Pkease dont rent there!!!!!

    DON'T RENT HERE!!! I'm sure there are better options and management, corporate teams out there. The advertise you can have a Grill, even put it in your lease.. then say it will be a $500 fine if you don't remove it. The gate barely works and there are cops here almost every other night. I wish I did better research before moving to this place as I have seen much better properties just 2 miles away. It's almost 90 degrees and I don't see them working On getting the pool ready. On top of that, they charge $1.30 per sq. Foot. Which the city average is $1.05 per sq. Foot. at best in NEWER apartment complexes. This place has too many vacancies for a reason other than the ones I listed above. Can't wait till this nightmare of a lease is over.
