The beginning was great, the front office was friendly and issues were resolved rather quickly. After the front office and maintenance staff were turned over, about 9 months of my family being there, everything went down hill. Several rules had changed, causing us a huge inconvenience, we constantly had the exterminator over because of bug problems, our hot water heater burst and the repair man that came over was completely drunk, which he admitted.

I Have Live Here 5 years and have seen the property go only one way and that is down. We had 2 Pools 4 Years Ago Since Then We Have 1/2 A Pool. Because The Only 1 We have Was Only Open For 3 Weeks Of The Summer. We Once Had A Sprinkler System. That's Gone Too. They Only Water The Front Of The Property Where The office Of Management Company Is Located. The Volleyball Court is not a volleyball Court Is A Litter Box. They Have A lot of Stray Cats And Do Nothing. I need a Chapter.
