I've been living here just over a year. For the most part it's been a pleasant experience. I am in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit. The management company and staff are good to work with and I haven't had any direct issues. They have always been prompt on initial requests for maintenance. Pros - 1. I love having a gas stove 2. covered/screened patio area 3. Garage 4. Storage closet space on both levels 5. Utilities are included 6. Laundry appliances are included Cons - 1. The trash area, this fills up quickly. Trash is collected twice weekly, but it is always full long before it is picked up. The compacting of the compactor is done by staff. I don't know how frequently it is done, but nearly daily, you'll see trash outside the compactor because it needs to be done. I feel like they need more for the number of units they have. 2. Water pressure. It's poor to say the least. We've had water outages several times due to the system breaking down. Though it is fixed rather quickly, it never improves the water pressure. 3. Hours for the fitness center. They are 5AM to 9PM. You are required to have an electronic key to get in. With this requirement, I don't understand why it closes at all, but especially as early as 9PM. I would like to be able to use this facility at 11PM, when I get done with my 2nd job and my son is asleep. 4. Parking for guests can be difficult. The streets are narrow and a lot of residents end up parking on the street/sidewalk as there are multiple vehicles owned at each unit. This creates a lot of issues in being able to walk on sidewalks and driving the streets.

The management and staff and maintenance personnell have been very cooperative to any problems and questions given them.With regard to the company responsible for grounds upkeep they do a reasonable job but when there is debris laying around(branches,screening,etc) they just roll over it. I also believe that due to the amount of youngsters a curfew of 11 pm should be enforced and more parental supervision of activities in the evenings

Had plumbing problems for the first 2 months almost wanted to be moved or compensating for our continueing water damage. But have been satisfied since. Would like to when the pool and reck center will be set up.

I dont understand why if you have been with the community for a year, an ds you look to downsize, that you have to do another deposit, application. Why woulkdnt everthing just change over?? Neverr have any where else we have rented. Also I dont understand them not having a curfew for the kids that live here. You see kidsd out at allo mhours of the night. WHY??Mangement is Great.Wish stores were closer, but really clean and somewhat quiet.

The office staff is very professional and caring. I have always been able to call there office, or even drop by to express any concerns or questions, I have always been taken care of right there on the spot or been given a follow up call just to check to see that I was taken care of.
