      Very well kept. Landscaping is very pretty. Quiet (most of the time). Response to need for service is excellent. Love the trains!! Really! Staff very nice and friendly. Would like a better lock system on the door. Screens do not fit tight and so if you open a window, expect to entertain the local lizards! No bugs here! Like the place a lot and will most likely stay another year.

      Responded quickly to various issues in regards to fixing a problem with the apartment. Staff always very courteous. Grounds clean.

      I love the people who run the place (management, maintenance, etc.) They are courteous, respectful and prompt in taking care of any issues. That being said, it's clear the place, in an effort to make it seem more appealing, was simply dressed up to cover how poorly crafted the materials are. I've also had problems with roaches over the past several months. I keep my apartment very clean and have never had to deal with roaches in my life. The pest control seems to only deter them for a short time

      I like living here. I wish I had known about the train that runs next to my apt throughout the day and night...it doesn't bother me now, but was startled when I heard it for the first time (I'm new to Jacksonville and had no idea that the train runs through San Marco in general). The other residents are generally nice, but keep to themselves, which I like. Maintenance works hard to keep the place looking great. Office staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints, really.
