I was supposed to move in over July 4th weekend. I was moving from across the country and rented sight unseen. I opened the door to find the AC taken out, the refrigerator taken apart in the middle of the living room and the apartment in a total shambles. I had to find a motel to stay in and found a different apartment the next day (monday) and got out of the lease. They then took 3 months to return my deposit. They had over a month to get ready for my move in date. Bush league.

I liked the location, the staff, the professionalism. I did not appreciate the pet policy, relative to the number of pets per unit, the pet size limitation, the lack of a requirement for trained animals only. I move out because of the incessant barking and whining of two pet neighbors, whose dog almost attacked me in my doorway had I not been able to re-enter my apartment. Also street noise late at night was a problem. Noise from the park nearby at unreasonable hours was also a reason.
