October 4, 2017: After two weeks, no issues have been satisfactorily resolved. I put every concern in writing one day after signing the lease and was told the issues would be resolved. I contacted the office via email and in person being told the issues would be resolved. When I went in to speak with the Apartment Manager, she was condescending and not at all interested in hearing my experience or how long it had been since the lease was signed stating we could only move forward now. She did tell me, several times, they only had two maintenance workers and were just unable to get to all the repairs. I am stuck now. DON'T sign a lease until you have personally inspected the apartment you will rent and the repairs are completed. Promises are given freely work is performed with long delays, I hope.The issues this complex has not considered worthy of any priority are A/C fan continuously running, front door lock has to be "jimmied" to lock/unlock, master sink drain will not open (can't be used), the master bath drain is stuck partially closed and drains slowly, some A/C vents are moldy, there is more but this is surely enough. I have been sent multiple surveys from the management company yet no work completed. I replied to one stating much of what's in this review without any action.
