I've lived here most of my life so I know where everything is. I know most of the people here too. That is about it.

We have great food places. It's a nice variety of place you can choose from to eat at with your family

I like the proximity to other restaurants and grocery stores. There is a wide variety of restaurants here, my favorite is amazing thai

We can shop and eat within walking distance we enjoy that Publix and a gas station are nearby in addition to lots of restaurants.

Great central location that connects to the mall along. My rent includes parking and cable which is nice to not have to come extra out of pocket for that.
