    Generally, the apartment is nice, quite and clean. One major serious point is the fact that Kingsley Associates rewards the fact that their customers pay their rent in time and keep their apartments clean by increasing the rent in a yearly manner, although not even all of their apartments are occupied.

    I gave landscaping an excellent score, however there is one concern. Since we moved here 7 months ago, my dog has picked up some fleas in the grassy areas. She's never had fleas before.

    The apartment itself was fine and was a good temporary living place for me. I do think it is WAY to expensive and found the neighbors to be extremely loud!

    ve owned my own home for 15 years and recently relocated to the Jupiter area because the schools are better for my two young children. these apartments r_n so efficiently and effectively. now that my house sold and I can buy another house in jupiter, ...me and my children are so comfortable here in the apartments here we think we might stay here for a couple years. the management and the women in the office are amazing then so is the maintenance crew.     Im pretty happy living here.What I don't like is that there doesn't seem to be much done when neighbors are loud.The people who live across the courtyard, constantly have parties &are out on the balcony @all hours of the day,night &into the wee hours of the morning.In addition to that,Idont like that we have to pay $25 a month for valet trash service. As a completely single mother,having 2pay$300 ayear 2have someone take my trash out when i can do it myself seems ridiculous.i'd rather save the$
