They are not the nicest people to deal with they are not understanding at all. The maintaince is over worked a Read Morend under educated. Our AC stopped working and they ran a cable throughout the house wired it up and it still does not work. Been hot for 2 days now and they won't offer any inconvenience credit or anything. But if we're a day late on rent you better believe they'll be quick to fix that issue with a huge late fee.
