Central Park at East Bay

ROACH INFESTED AND MOLD PRESENT!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!

I have been living here for over 3 years and I feel trapped. They charge a premium for these apartments. They were built in 1960 and it shows. It took them 6 months to fix my dishwasher. My Air-conditioning doesn't function right. The building I am in has a sever roach infestation in the walls. The roaches are everywhere no matter what you do. You can forget about "pest control" they are out all the time and it never does any good. The entire building is infested and needs to be tented. The maintenance is shoddy at best. Good luck finding anyone working here that speaks English. If you are considering renting here, don't. Just don't try someplace else.

This is by fair the worst apartment complex I've ever had to stay in. Maintenance will take forever to fix anything, or put band aid fixes on it as my AC is still broken. The management is is so poor, they'll give you the keys to the wrong mailbox for 7 months, they'll still be holes and mold when you move in. And I hope you like those glow in the dark stars, or flower stickers, because they won't take them off, they'll just paint over it. This isn't even mentioning that they "took" my dehumidifier from my bathroom, because the maintenance crew thought it was the portable AC that was in my BEDROOM. They also just raised the rent from decent 1300 to 1600. Renters beware that they are not worth it!

The experience was good, primarily due to their communication. I was unable to rent from them because I was attempting to utilize my Housing voucher I received from Pinellas County Housing Authority.
