Enclave on East

I just moved in 1/12/18, the property manager and office staff were extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process. The excitement for upcoming renovations, transparency on what to expect during the repairs and a practical timeline for completion all make me very happy with my decision. I see the contractors working from morning to night to get things done as quickly as possible. My unit is great with an awesome view of the woods, location couldn't be any better unless there was a stop light (but that's not Enclave's fault), and maintenance came out right away (on a Saturday) to resolve a minor issue that wasn't noticed until after I moved in. My only minor inconvenience is that the storage doors outside on the patio are off the hinges but it was pointed out during the walkthrough and I was told upfront that those were being replaced by secured metal doors and the porch screened in (hopefully with a screened door for easy outside access)- I'm confident they'll be fixed soon enough! I may be new to the community but I'm excited about all of the changes and I'm pretty sure that I've found a good place to call home.

This is a very bad apartment complex, they will decide everything for you, without asking you. For example, they gave us a trash bin (without asking if we even need this kind of service) and said that we have to pay $40 if it is going to be lost. They make up insane rules, add more $$ on top of the rent as they go, without asking residents. A very bad management. Ladies at the office will talk down to you, as if you are a stupid person. Very very unpleasant staff. Disgusting!
