Overall, the service from administration was usually good, but it was impossible to contact anyone after hours Read More when situations arose. Parking or lack there of was a constant aggravation. I supposedly had an assigned spot, but it was sometimes occupied by a non resident, which was permitted by a resident. It was impossible to resolve, as police have no jurisdiction in the complex, to enforce parking rights of residents. Maintenance of the facility, landscaping and the apartment were good.

Once they have you under contract, your needs as a resident are pretty much ignored. They office staff treat y Read Moreou like a disease if you have a complaint or problem with your unit. We had a flood from a broken water heater which flooded a good 1/3 of the apartment. we were told that the apartment would be uninhabitable until it was dried out, a mold inspection was done and repairs were made. However they made no effort to accommodate us with temporary lodgings and we had a new born baby.

The up keep of the building was below standard and the security gate was broken the entire time I lived there.
