    Do not move in, all they care you is your money. As previously reviews have read there are major issues with the AC. Find somewhere cheaper or spend a little extra money and get a much nicer place.

    The apartments are the nicest in the area. They have open living room spaces and a washer & dryer inside a large laundry room. I love that the two bedroom two bathroom is a split plan! It makes living with a roommate better because we each have our own side of the apartment. Another reason I love living here is the location! Were so close to the beach! The maintenance and office staff always go above and beyond for us! I could not be more appreciative for my home!

    Extremely expensive for what we get. We are getting charged a ridiculous $40 a month for sewage! Seriously doesn't cost that much! Rent is astronomical, but we were desparate so we had to access it, but we're literally paying off a mortgage in Viera for the amount we're paying in rent and we definitely do not feel we're getting value for money. The gym is tiny for the number of tenants, and is always full at peak hours. The only saving grace is we're looking out to a gold course which is nice.
