    This place is horrible. Been here for about 6 months and hardly anything I marked wrong has been fixed. Carpets are horrible and it was flea infested when I moved in and I have no pets. Theres been constant bug problems, maintenance and the cheap workers they hire to do things for them cause damages and then either do nothing or take forever to fix their damages yet expect you to still pay over $1000 a month on time. When you ask for things to be done you have to ask a million times and still get nothing done. For what we pay this place should be way better than it is. My list of problems with my apartment goes on and on and nothing gets done. Even simple things like when you renovate and dont put cabinet knobs on.... its been months and they still cant bring me 2 cabinet knobs. Absolutely ridiculous and a total waste of your money. I cant wait to get out of here!!! Definitely not a place for you if you have small children either, the lights outside hardly work when its dark, paint over your peep holes, paint inside is the cheapest paint ever.... oh man I could go hours with complaints. Its not even worth you coming to see!! Sorry but thats the truth, you can find better for what youd pay here!

    5 weeks no kitchen light finaley work on it..,,not right ..another 6 weeks STILL not working ..maintness and frount staff SUCK !!!!!!

    Im a current resident and this place has just gone down! Have had multiple issues with my a/c unit for MONTHS!!! The summer was excruciating. This is still an ongoing issue. New owners came in to fix the place up. There has been no pool the ENTIRE summer due to the change in management. Im glad we pay for these amities that we cant use. The gym??!?! Ha. What gym. Broken equipment that we cant even use, especially if you work normal business hours. Do expect to come home from work and be able to go to the broken gym. Looking to get out of this place ASAP! I do not recommend this complex to anybody.

    We lived in the complex for 5 years. They went through many owners and property managers. The maintenance department usually took about 2-3 weeks to fix anything that was not an emergency. Tenants moved in and out on a regular basis especially in the middle of the night. Our apartment increased in rent every year however they would not replace anything that broke, it was always just "fixed". If our blinds broke, which they did all the time, we were charged $15.00 per window to have them replaced. They would not replace any of the burnt out light bulbs or clean the carpet even after five years. We were very unhappy but now glad we have finally left. Not a good place to live.

    I've been living here for going on 5years, I go in the office to meet the new owners excited about the upcoming changes and the new office manager wouldn't even shake my hand or tell me her name she did have a name tag, Melinda or Melissa she was rude I was asking questions (tryed to make awork order as well but nope)she walked over and held the door open for me to leave while I was asking questions. (Was on my 2nd question by the way)She said a notice will be sent out with the increase and I can MOVE or sign but I can choose to MOVE if I want or what ever I want, all while holding the door open, I said I'll be moving. When they took over everyone quit they lost the office manager, lady up front, maintenance everything and people moved out and are moving. I see why!!!! And for the gym it's 2 treadmills and 2 weights, the Sana has never worked, the racketball is borded up has been for 2yrs, the light never work at the tennis court there is a electric issue over there, the pool is a swamp for the last 3 months. But I have to say the lady working in the front was very nice she welcomed me shook my hand. And for that I give the 1 star...You need to hire a new office manager.
