    The front office staff try to act like they are nice and trying to help you but in reality they just make your life so much tougher. The staff write their own reviews online so the place has not just a 1 star rating, they complain about the tenants causing all the problems yet every community has such problems and most communities are able to handle them without much issue and with a level of professionalism that is dearly missing in this apartment complex. Yet at this complex, they just complain and blame someone else but that does not result in things actually getting fixed. They change your contract lease, handle your security deposit very carelessly and the people working at the office really seem like amateurs without decent courtesy and manners. For people on a low budget, they grab your attention with low prices but they fool you so you just sign more contracts but it is really not worth it. Would not recommend to anyone else based on my experience. The level of cleanliness they expect for their pests to go away is unrealistic, and yet they blame cleanliness for the pests when the pests are actually coming out from within the walls and under this carpet which has nothing to do with food being around but a much deeper problem. Please do not sign a contact here if you have ANY other options.

    Written by a tenant 11 months ago. Nothing has changed for the better: I leased there for five years and I had my worst experience while staying there and even when I ended the contract. The 24 hours maintenance promise is just a joke, They would send the maintenance guys to check any issues right away but nothing will be resolved, because the issue will be listed at the end of an endless list of maintenance jobs that had to be finished first! The management changed about four times in the last three years and every time they promise you of a better attitude and renovated apartments, but the truth is no renovation for old tenants! and only one person available at the leasing office with no much of an attitude, and shorter operation hours also a closed door and a sign of we will be back in 2 hours, so yeah good luck finding anybody to talk to when needed. With every management change you are expected to re-report all the issues that you have reported since you moved in, because none of the maintenance requests, or accedents reports will be kept only your lease records will be found!, Even after reporting, they will assure you that they cant do anything about it at the moment since they are so busy and you will not be charged for it, but off course these are only lies! you will get a very big bill when you end the contract! In this area there are only a few options, and if you dont have a car, this would be your only option if you go to FIT, and thats why I stayed there for all these years! I am glad I am leaving this place for good.

    The people who work there are disrespectful especially the manager. She needs to learn how to deal with the residents. Just awful!

    The dog park has been missing the doors since I moved in in July rendering it unuseable. I have confronted them about it more than 20 times and have been repeatedly told either oh it should be fixed soon or we dont know when itll be fixed and am given no solution. This issue has been disregarded for 8 months out of my year long lease and I am looking to live elsewhere as a result. I moved into this complex for the dog park specifically as it is advertised online so it is extremely upsetting that it is not useable, especially since there is a large pet fee and monthly pet rent that is charged. They have repainted the place 3 times but cannot replace a missing gate piece so it is extremely upsetting.

    The only problem that this place have is the lack of management from the administration. If you a situation don't count on the manager,she always have bad attitude, no sense of urgency towards your situation. When you have an issue and ask the manager for a solution she clearly said she not gonna give you a resolution,period. Even when you go to pick up a package they get bother because they have to look for it. For simple issues of maintenance be ready for wait at least 1 week. Blue Roc Premier is the actual administration and they need to be aware of the annoying situation that we have with this manager,the reputation of this place is going down because of her bad attitude. The residents are quiet, never see police presence to deal with danger situations. Lanscape is good. If Blue Roc Permier pay attention to this and fixed is going to be a good place for live.
