Been here a while now. Not so happy about how you hear your neighbors through the walls. People that don't l Read Moreive here park in the spaces. People slam there outside doors. It would be nice if management can write a letter saying keep noise to a minimum. No space to store anything. A big problem is how your lease goes up so much. It's very unfair. Money hungry!

Our parking is first come first serve for residents, and we issue citations for allowing guests to park in front of our residences. Thanks to the sound-dampening firewalls between each home, we have very few noise complaints, but we gladly investigate any report of excessive disturbances. Our rents are consistent with other communities in our area, and we are happy to answer any questions you have regarding our pricing. I feel as if the amenities on the property are not kept as clean as they could be. Specifically the pool area Read Moreand the laundry facilities.The pool is usually dirty and seems as though it is rarely taken care of. The laundry facilities have machines that do not function as well as the others, specifically the dryers. Only one dryer out of four actually dries our clothing efficiently. The property landscaping is taken care of unevenly-lawns in the middle are paid more attention than outsides edges.

I apologize if they did not get the attention needed. Please contact management with the laundry room in which only one dryer is functioning, we can electronically submit for those repairs to be completed immediately. I used to be extremely excited about living here, however with new property manager change last year my experi Read Moreence has not been as pleasant. They leasing manager and assistant property manager are wonderful. For the amount of money which continues to increase there should just be a better overall experience.

Due to the fact that you can hear your neighbors through the wall. They need more soundproofing. The pool is Read Morealways fool of kids misbehaving and the parents are always yelling at them.Dogs get loose and there is a lot of dog waste on property. Cars play loud music in parking lot. No storage space for your items. You have to pay for your own fence and grass.This should be provided. Always hear people talking loud in spanish.
