The lady in the office is very rude I called her about 7 times because Im trying to move so if Im trying to move and I get no answer Im going to keep calling until I can reach someone once she answered she told me listen you are interrupting my lunch if you see we are not answering do not keep calling meaning she was letting the phone ring I called back to speak with a manager she told me she was the manager and hung up in my face very unprofessional could have handled that differently as a manager in which I know shes not

When you apply they hold a $500 deposit. They tell you that itll go towards your deposit when you move in or that you can have it returned if you back out of the waiting list. They never showed me an apartment, they refuse to answer my calls or emails. They STOLE my money. Theyre thieves. Disgusting all around.

Ive try reaching out to this complex multiple times (more the 7) and there never anyone available from the office. The office will tell the security not to let people in just so they won't have to see customers.

Please do yourself a favorite and dont move here. Our apartment is infested with mice, cockroaches and termites. Management could care less about everything. Its been the worse experience. Please dont live here.

I've been living here for more than three years and i appreciate the maintenance service always with a quick attention thanks to frank for always solve my issues asps and also thanks to freddy for the awesome job that he done with my kitchen cabinet
