Best decision I made was to move to Oak Plaza. Super convenient location, comfortable, affordable apartment, management and staff have been super kind, professional, helpful. Instantly felt like home, and has been now for a year and counting . The current manager, Eduardo, maintains the tradition of excellent service.

I moved-in a few months ago, and honesty Im loving it here. The location is so convenient, the tenants are super friendly and the manager on-site has been helpful too. Overall its a great building.

You cannot get in contact with anyone, they do not answer the phones and when they do they pretend the connection is bad and hang up. I tried getting in contact with Melo as well and they were of no help at all either. I do not what kind of employees work there, but they are in the wrong business if they do not like working with customers.

Impossible to get ahold of management after 4pm on most days. The security is a joke and very lazy. The environment is randomly loud at night and nothing you can do about it. The appliances in the units are cheap quality and break: washer broke and leaked everywhere, fridge handle broke, toilet broke, ceiling light cover broke. I am barely home and things break down. Excellent location but you have to suffer through a few things.

Super safe and well located community. For those looking to live the miami-luxurious-,highrise experience at an affordable price this is it. Management did a great job renewing the building over the years so the amenities are up to date.
