My experience living there became a nightmare since Alex the leasing manager got hired, before we had Ana who was the nicest and she was understanding, etc. Last year my rent went up $490 when the year before they raised only $75. This year they left an envelope on my door that my lease was not going to be renewed. So i had to look for a new place and had to move out on June 30th. Well after turning the apartment in excellent conditions they kept my deposit. I spoke to Alex about it but he is worthless and so rude it is incredible how any leasing company would have someone like him dealing with tenants. Aside from this experience the maintenance people don't like to work and they call you picky when you ask them to fix something. Also, everything in the apartments are old and they use terrible quality my toilet would rock side to side for months and they never fixed it right, roaches will come out of my bathtub constantly. Alex mentioned to us that they couldn't do anything to the apartments because the 40 year inspection was up. The windows are so old that I was never able to open them and the sliding door for god sake is ancient as well. This place has gotten more expensive like if they were brand new apartments with amenities when in reality they hardly have any and the service to the tenants have diminished big time and all due to Alex. He is rude, unprofessional and in reality he doesn't belong there but at then the owners are Russian and they don't care all they want is to take your money and give you the cheapest thing and they hire Alex because he is just like them. The leasing office when I first rented there paying $1250.00 for a one bedroom with porcelain tile they had a few people in the office that were helpful and very nice now they only have Alex who is the most disrespectful person i have ever met.

Don't rent there i rent there for three years 2bed 1 bathroom the second room have a lot mold the said they not gone clean it said we have cleaned it

I loved living here. Such a great community, we made lots of friends. Unfortunately had to move out due to work. The management is great and prices are very affordable. Its also a safe and secure community.
