Everything is perfect except parking. Gym needs updating.

Office staff very courteous. Maintenance very knowledgeable and trustworthy

We recently renewed our lease and wanted to leave a review. We had a great year living here. The location is convenient, with shops and the highway nearby. The people in the community have been friendly, and the management has always been helpful. It's a great place to live.

Do not stay here. Terrible management, not accommodating and raised rent almost 30% to push out current residents to open it up for people that can make more

They don't know how to respond very lacking on communication don't waiste your energy and time at somewhere where you cannot view that tells you a whole lot what to expect if you become a resident great communication and?great review gives you peaceful living and this place doesn't have that....

The staff in the office as well as the maintenance staff are very professional, service oriented, polite and efficient. My only concern is that rent is going up and it is getting very expensive. I may not be able to stay here too much longer. Other than that, I love Waterford.

Quiero dejar plasmado aquí para información de todos los que viven en este condominio y para aquellos q estén interesados en habitarlo. Comenzaré por la causa q nos obligó a desalojar completamente, tengo 2 hijas, de 10 años y de 14 años, en dos oportunidades diferentes uno de los dos señores de seguridad (cito el más obeso de los dos q tiene una barba) se le acercó a la niña de 14 años para sacar tema de conversación cuando mi hija bajaba a tirar la basura, la primera vez ella me comentó y pensé q era amistoso, la segunda vez me puse en alerta pues sabia incluso el nombre de mi hija y una conversación q no tenía lugar en dicho contexto, mi primera reacción fue comunicarlo en la oficina donde me atendió Grecia, le comento mi preocupación y la respuesta de ella fue decirme q ellos no podían hacer nada al respecto, que yo tenía q tomar decisiones independientes y que ellos no garantizan la seguridad de los inquilinos, en el condominio no hay cámaras de vigilancia ni tampoco las intensiones de ponerlas, me dijo q si me sentía tan acosada tenia q llamar a la policía y no decirlo en la oficina y literalmente con estas palabras q pondré aquí se expresó “ A NOSOTROS NO NOS IMPORTA” No soy de hacer comentarios en páginas, pero esto no lo podía pasar por alto, es muy bueno q lean mi experiencia y valoren por esta actitud el nivel de empatía, de poca humanidad y falta de respeto q existe en este lugar. Si no está dentro de su jurisdicción resolver un problema así al menos un trato adecuado y una preocupación con el caso hubiera estado mucho mejor. Por otra parte nunca pudimos disfrutar del jaquzzi y la piscina más pequeña, se pasaron más de 1 año cerradas sin ninguna explicación, las personas de mantenimiento te tocan la puerta q parece q la van a tumbar desde el primer toque y acto seguido abren para hacer cualquier cosa, entran aunque estés o no, me parece nefasto q entren al lugar donde vives sin estar uno presente, para luego decirte q lo que pase dentro del apto si no tienes pruebas, no va a ningún lugar y tampoco les importa. No te pueden ayudar a gestionar un espacio libre para poder mudarte, pero si pueden liberar espacios en los parqueos para los camiones de comida cada vez q entienden.. todo esto sin mencionar otras muchas cosas. Para quitarte dinero por todas partes tienen el primer lugar, para poner nuevas leyes y restricciones de una semana a otra también, para estar al pendiente de tus invitados y vida privada y ver donde pueden aprovecharse son especialistas, pero; para velar por tu seguridad, tranquilidad y preocuparse de que sus inquilinos estén a gusto en un condominio donde se paga bien caro… ahí ya.. “no les importa” Nos fuimos hace 1 mes y unos días con una decepción enorme y muy disgustados, sobre todo del material humano q existe en ese lugar. Los que estén buscando un lugar para vivir no hagan caso omiso de estos comentarios negativos q son muchos… no se conviertan en una víctima más.

Este es el peor lugar para vivir, viví aquí por tres años, no hay calidad humana de parte de nadie y menos de Tatiana y Grecia que se creen las dueñas del lugar, pasan por tu lado y ni te miran para no verse comprometidas a saludarte, el jacuzzi nunca está trabajando siempre cerrado todo es un caos constante, los invitados aquí es un problema, si tienes un familiar que va pasar unos días contigo te hacen pagar por todo, aquí por cualquier cosa te sacan dinero, el contrato es una trampa todo está a su favor, siempre vas a perder con ellos, al irme deje el departamento prácticamente mejor de como me lo entregaron, en perfectas condiciones, impecable, se inventaron varias excusas para no devolver el depósito, los de mantenimiento le hacen el trabajo sucio, sin contar que entran cuando quieren a tu apartamento estando tú en el o no, tocan antes muy duro si estás durmiendo te despertarán, en mi caso dejé las alfombras en perfectas condiciones al mudarme y después de irme le hicieron manchas a propósito para descontarme sin escrúpulos mi dinero del depósito, ((solo me regresaron $400)) incluso grabé videos del apto antes de entregar para dejar constancia, cosa q ellos no tomaron en cuenta, todos son personas frías y malas las más grandes que he conocido en mis 11 años viviendo en rentas en diferentes condominios en Miami. Finalice mi contrato el 30 de nov del 2023 pagando mi último mes en su totalidad y aparte de este pago me quitaron otros $3,378 de un mes q no viví amparándose de un contrato q está única y exclusivamente para que pierda el inquilino todo muy bien pensado y diseñado a su favor.NUNCA HAY PARKING debes de caminar más de 400 metros si vives en los primeros edificios si llegas después de las 5:00pm Créanme este es muy mal lugar para rentarse y perder su dinero, no lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

I have been a resident of Waterford Point Apartments for almost 2 years. This is a well maintained, well managed apartment rental community with a beautiful pool area, gym, and manicured grounds. Any issues (which have been minor) that I have had are immediately taken care of by the maintenance department within 24 hours. The apartments are renovated with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with full size washer and dryer. The walls and floors of the apartments are concrete and overall quiet at all hours. Monthly fumigation and AC filter change is free. The property is conveniently adjacent to the Turnpike, with plenty of restaurants, fast food, movies, and shopping close by. Every couple of months we have a variety of food trucks that come by on the property. And one of the rare perks of this apartment community is that when you call the leasing office someone actually answers the phone! Pros : the 2/2 apartments are beautiful & the maintenance staff ran by Jorge are amazing . Cons : front office is constantly giving wrong information that’ll screw you over in the long run. even if you show them evidence of their mess up they won’t apologize or take back notices / fines . Grecia never responds to her emails, I still have emails unanswered from over a year ago. Tatiana acts like she owns the place by charging ALL tenants any fee she can - she placed an eviction notice on our door for a mistake THEY made. I had paper trail of how the eviction was unjustified, she didn’t care. Eddie , was the only one I planned to say good things about, but he cost us $400 in fees that could’ve been avoided, but they conveniently left out certain information when our lease was up, so they deducted it from our deposit. Read everything CAREFULLY - they will not give you all the information upfront, ask questions and make sure they email you what ever they tell you (even though having proof still won’t help you) and fair warning , it wasn’t just us, we spoke to PLENTY of our neighbors and they have had the same experience. We decided to leave because of the front office, and because our rent went from $1920 to $2600 in *ONE year*. imagine paying that much and the front gate is constantly open for anyone to come in, the back gate is constantly broken so you have to go through the front (where visitors come in through) parking is a complete nightmare- no assigned parking , no guest parking, so people had multiple cars over ALL the time.. good luck parking by your apartment, alot of fun taking groceries home or when it’s raining . & fair warning , In the beginning they will be the kindest people ever, but once you’ve signed your lease , it’s a different story. OH AND HOW COULD I FORGET ! When our lease was up, we knew they would deduct the carpet replacement from our deposit. but these thieves CHARGED $100 FOR PEST CONTROL. Mind you, they fumigate every single month … I was so over them i didnt even call to argue it , but yea, $500 were deducted from our deposit for fees they conveniently didn’t tell us about . And just to prove we are not dirty people - Jorge, the one who did the walk through when we left the apartment, commended how clean we left that apartment, he said it was the cleanest apartment he’d ever received back… Proceed with caution .

Worst place to live .. It says no dogs allowed and it's like a kennel . The property manager daughter has about four dogs that bark all day there's no security on property. And nobody picks up after the dog they just leave it on the grass. Property management is incompetent. The maintenance guy is clueless about his job. They rent to anybody because they're hungry for money the property manager doesn't care about anybody safety of residents they just worry about the money . I lived there for nine years.. I'd rather live in a shelter

Terrible, spoke to rep on the phone and the said one thing and when arrived at the property they said another thing. Not reliable whatsoever.
