Local Reviews

The things I like most about living in my neighborhood are that it's very quiet, there is very little traffic, and there are strict rules about pets.

Quiet safe neighbour hood. Dog friendly with a lot of outdoor activity with access to a river to the sea, walking and biking paths and a short drive to some of the best beaches in Florida

I love this neighborhood and would not change anything at all. This is the best neighborhood I have ever lived in. I feel safe leaving my doors unlocked to my house and my car. I can let my dog out and I am not afraid that someone will come steal her away. My neighbors are all so nice! It is just so peaceful to live here and I would recommend it to anyone looking to live in Naples FL anytime soon!!!

I love the community pool because it is new, nice, and clean. I love being close to the beach. I am 15 minutes from everywhere I need to be.

The proximity to the beach, a lot of local eateries that you can enjoy with family and friends. There are also a lot of beach access that have parks as part of the area which makes for a great way to spend a day.

Very friendly neighbours but not invasive. We all pitch in the help when we have hurricanes. When someone goes away, we watch their house for them,
