    Maintenance is never there always working at different property. Neighboring community kids pull fire alarms often break into cars. NO pool chairs even though the apartments are 2 going on 3 years old. Owner says hes not buying them. MAJOR yearly rent increases. Went from 821 to 861 first year and 861 to 926 the next, and they always duo the increase AFTER you sign the new lease. Horrible horrible horrible. Car wash station hasn't been hooked up since month one. Okay ground or lack there of never maintained. Oh and the apartments. At first glance they look great, but then you see everything for its true value. CHEAP! Everything has been falling apart. The only thing maintenance tells us when they finally come is "all the apartments have the same issue." (Very reassuring) find somewhere else. For what is required to move in too la joya the quality of treatment to the tenants is the worse I've ever seen. Even in the projects if there's a pool you will have pool chairs. Planning to move when my lease is up. This last increase was the last straw. Hope this helps someone.
